  • Do you delivery and setup?

Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax, We generally stay within our listed areas within 15-20miles from Newark NJ, however we can consider delivery outside for large orders. Please call or email our office for a current quote.

  • Are you Insured?

Yes, Infla Bounce House is fully insured for general liability coverage, within Sate Requirements. We are responsible for our own negligence; not yours. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. In reserving your Bounce house you will be required to sign a rental agreement.

  • Do you require a deposit?

Most reservation does not require credit card deposit, you can book online and pay cash on delivery for most booking, large order, or special deliveries may required a deposit. Reservation requests are on a first come, first served basis

  • Refund policy:

Inclement Weather cancellations - Customer must call to cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs the date of the event for full refund, minus processing fees (Credit card company is now charging refund fee of 2.9%).

If the winds are higher than 15 mph, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your outdoor event.

During uncertain weather conditions, if Customer agrees to accept delivery and it begins to rain and storm AFTER unit is DELIVERED and SET UP, there will be NO refunds after delivery setup. Make sure you have the space and a flat surface for the unit. If we can not set up due to space and slop area, we will have to cancel and issue no refunds.

  • What type of area is needed to set up the inflatables?

The best and safest area for our inflatables is a flat grass. Depending on the type of event, we can also set-up on other areas. Please indicate to our staff your thoughts and they will gladly help you and make sure you receive the appropriate anchoring materials.

  • Do I need someone to supervise the inflatable?

Yes. Responsible adult should be supervising the participants in the inflatable AT ALL TIMES. Contrary to popular belief inflatables are not a babysitting device. When they become such, accidents happen.

  • Do you cover public park?

Yes, We are fully insured and permitted by the state to cover and set up our inflatables in public parks. To set up our inflatables on public property, event staff is required to assist with the process.
Please note that this service is typically available for large events with multiples inflatables.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 100 ft. of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, we do provide extension cord within 100 ft.

  • Is it ok to tip the delivery guy?
Absolutely yes! They work hard spending their weekends setting up and taking down the equipment. If the delivery person does a good job, let him know. Tips range from $5-$50 depending on equipment and difficulty of setup.
  • What type of events do you provide rentals for?

Everything! Our inflatables are a great addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our large selection of bouncy, water slides, and obstacle units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, summer camp, family reunions, and much more!

  • Do you collect Sales Tax?

Yes, NJ sales tax will be collected. Your quote will represent the local sales tax. If you are a non-profit entity or have a State approved tax exemption certificate we will ask that you provide us with an EIN number upon rental and a copy of the documentation.

  • What happens if it rains?

If rain is predicted on the day of your rental you will be given the option to cancel or reschedule your rental the day before the event, prior 5pm However, if you pick up the equipment or it is delivered to you there absolute no refunds.

  • Can your inflatables be set up indoors?

Yes. We can set up indoor in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or anywhere else that can accommodate the height, please check the space requirements on the product details.

  • Does Infla Bounce House have a business license?

Yes! We are licensed, registered and insured in the state of New Jersey.
